This system called COSMOS is a computer program designed to manage your portfolio of registered companies in the easiest and most efficient way.

With the system installed, you will find you have the facility to:

• maintain day-to-day records of the companies

• details of key personnel and banking facilities

• create annual billing records for billing purposes

• maintain a detailed Share Registry

Cosmos also automatically tracks the payments of Government Registry Fees based on receipts from client billings for Registry Fees. A full Accounts Receivable and General Ledger system is built in for the maintenance of financial data.

The system has built-in security so only authorized members of your staff will have access to the records. There are 5 different levels of security access available thus enabling management to maintain a degree of control appropriate to their requirements.
